Shipping policy
We ship by USPS Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx. Our turnaround is 1-2 weeks, but may be more during peak seasons. If you need something sooner than that, we have a “Rush” option available, and please let us know this in your comments as well. More info is always a good thing! We will do our very best to accommodate your needs. All items are photographed before packaging, and shipping. You’ll receive an email with details about your shipment or pickup if you’re in Knoxville, Tennessee.
