Once you order, I will contact you if we have any questions and will process your order according to date of receipt, rush order status and time sensitive priorities (for example, Holiday related items). Promotions are only valid for new, online purchases and within time frame set by website, and advertised on social media (usually sales end at midnight EST on a specified date). If an item goes on sale within 24 hours of your purchase, we will refund the difference to your account.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship by USPS Priority Mail. Our turnaround is 1-2 weeks, but may be more during peak seasons. If you need something sooner than that, we have a “Rush” option available, and please let us know this in your comments as well. More info is always a good thing! We will do our very best to accommodate your needs. All items are photographed before packaging, and shipping. You’ll receive an email with details about your shipment or pickup if you’re in Knoxville, Tennessee.
If your item purchased from Proper Southern Monograms has a flaw, defect, or an error on our part, please let us know within 30 days and we will do our best to replace it and make it right. Sometimes our suppliers run out of items and an exact replica is not possible, but your satisfaction is our goal so we will work together to figure it out! There are no returns on personalized items unless the error is on our part.
